Retreats and incentive travel in Korea

Your team or brand's next milestone, staged against a distinctly Korean setting and planned down to the last detail.

The Idea

Why companies bring their teams to Korea

Korea has become one of the more compelling destinations for corporate travel, and not only because of the flight connections. It offers a rare combination for a company: world class conference infrastructure in Seoul, genuinely distinctive cultural experiences within a short drive, and a hospitality standard that consistently surprises visiting teams.

What Korea does not offer, if you are organizing from abroad, is easy access. The best venues are often booked through relationships rather than websites. Contracts, invoicing, and supplier communication happen in Korean. Group rates at leading hotels are negotiated, not published. A great deal of what makes an event work here is invisible from the outside.

That is where we come in. We plan and run the event on the ground so your team is not managing timezones, translation, and vendor chasing from another continent.

We work with companies bringing anywhere from a dozen to several hundred people, across Seoul, Busan, Jeju, and the regions between.

Formats

The events we plan most often

Executive retreats

Smaller senior groups, usually three to five days, balancing working sessions with the kind of setting that makes difficult conversations easier. Often a private estate or a hanok property outside the city, with meals designed as part of the programme.

Incentive travel

Reward trips for top performers, where the experience has to justify the achievement. Korean beauty and wellness programmes, private cultural access, and dining that people photograph before they eat.

Off-sites and team travel

Larger groups needing rooms, meeting space, transport, and something memorable in the evenings. We handle the logistics so your internal team can be present rather than running the day.

The Process

How we work with your team

i.

Brief and budget

We start with the practical constraints. Group size, dates, budget, and what the event needs to achieve. Whether it is a reward, a working session, or a client facing moment changes almost every decision that follows.

ii.

Proposal and sourcing

We come back with venue options, accommodation, and a proposed programme, with real costs attached. Because we source locally and negotiate in Korean, the figures you see are the figures we can hold.

iii.

Contracting and planning

We handle supplier contracts, deposits, and the full run of show, and we work to whatever reporting your finance and procurement teams require.

iv.

On the ground

Our team is present throughout, managing suppliers, timing, and the inevitable changes on the day, so your people can focus on why they came.
