FAQ
A few things worth knowing, before you plan a trip to Korea, and before you plan it with us.
Korea Travel
Most travelers, including citizens of the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, can currently enter Korea without a K-ETA through December 31, 2026, under a temporary exemption covering 67 countries. An e-Arrival card is still required within three days of arrival. Requirements vary by nationality, so we confirm your specific situation before your trip.
Ten days is a comfortable minimum if you want to experience Seoul, Busan, and Jeju without feeling rushed. Shorter, well designed itineraries work beautifully too, especially when a private concierge removes the logistics of moving between cities.
Spring brings cherry blossoms in April, autumn brings striking foliage in October and November, and winter is the season for hot springs and quieter, more contemplative travel. Each season offers a distinct version of Korea worth experiencing.
Not at all. English signage is common in major cities, and with a private concierge or guide, the language barrier disappears entirely, from restaurant menus to navigating smaller towns.
No, tipping is not customary anywhere in Korea, including restaurants, taxis, and hotels. It can even cause confusion if offered.
Concierge
We handle everything between your arrival and departure. Private transportation, restaurant and experience reservations, itinerary design, and access to places and people most visitors never reach, all coordinated through one point of contact.
A travel agent typically books what already exists. We design what doesn't, opening doors through relationships built over years in Korea, from chef's counters to ateliers to properties that don't take walk in reservations.
Both are available. Some clients prefer a dedicated concierge throughout their stay, while others use lighter, as needed support for specific moments, a restaurant reservation here, a private guide there. We shape the arrangement around how you travel.
Yes, fluent English throughout, alongside the trusted local relationships that make the experience effortless.
For a fully custom itinerary, four to six weeks gives us the best access to reservations and experiences that book up early. That said, we regularly accommodate shorter timelines, so reach out even if your trip is close.
